Seoul: North Korea has targeted America’s Foreign Minister Marco Rubio for calling him a ‘wicked’ country. On Monday, it has been said by North Korea that America will never benefit from such ‘rude and fruitless comments’. North Korea has criticized the current administration led by US President Donald Trump for the first time. North Korea has also indicated earlier that it will retain its tough stand towards America at the moment. Trump has said that through diplomacy, he intends to contact North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
American policy did not change
North Korea’s Foreign Ministry said, “The hostile word and work of a person in charge of American foreign policy, America’s hostile policy towards North Korea once again confirms that there is no change.” He said Rubio said that Rubio Kis “rude and fruitless comments” directly reflects the wrong attitude of the new US administration “about North Korea and will never help to pursue American interests.”

North Korea raised questions
During an interview, North Korea’s Foreign Ministry questioned Rubio calling North Korea a ‘wicked’ country. It mentions the interview of Rubio on January 30, in which he called North Korea and Iran a ‘evil country’ while talking about foreign policy challenges. (AP)
