Kiev: The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for the last two and a half years. At present, there is no sign of the war between the two countries stopping. Both Russia and Ukraine are constantly attacking each other. In recent times, Russia has intensified attacks on Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russia has carried out heavy attacks in central Ukraine. 41 people have died and 180 people are reported to be injured in these attacks carried out with drones, cruise and ballistic missiles.
Attack in central Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said at least 41 people were killed and 180 wounded in a Russian attack in the country’s centre.
47 people died in Kharkiv
Earlier, the Russian army carried out deadly attacks in Kharkiv, Ukraine on Sunday, in which at least 47 people, including 5 children, were killed. According to Ukrainian officials, these 47 deaths occurred in Russian missile attacks on a mall in Kharkiv. After the Russian attacks in Kharkiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with his Western allies and sought permission to attack Russia with the missiles provided by them. Ukraine says that it wants to attack more interior areas of Russia.
Ukraine carried out drone attack
Russian officials also said that Ukraine fired about 158 drones on Russian cities, after which a Moscow oil refinery and Konakovo power station caught fire. Last week, a building in the Russian city of Saratova was attacked by a Ukrainian drone, an attack which was compared to America’s 9/11.
