In this attack, 77 -year -old Rushdie lost an eye light and he suffered several serious injuries.

After 33 years, in 2022, no one had thought that a 24 -year -old young man would do this kind of action. The Hadi Matar, who lives in New Jersey’s fair, was not even born at the time of the publishing and issuing fatwa.
Iran rewarded Matar
Let me tell you that Hadi Matar, who attacked Salman Rushdie in America, was also rewarded by a foundation in Iran. It was said by this foundation that he is giving a thousand square meter farming land to Matar. The special thing is that it was announced on Iran’s official TV.
