US President Donald Trump has requested the Supreme Court for quick and decisive decision on fees. Trump says that the country will be on the “verge of economic devastation” without the import duty imposed on the US rivals and colleagues.
The way the Trump administration has used words such as economic catastrophe in documents filed in the highest nyalaya is extremely unusual. Late on Wednesday night, he requested the judges to intervene and reversed in the decision of the Appellate Court, stating that most of the fees of Trump are illegal use of emergency powers laws. Currently, these fees will be applicable.

President Trump has also used the fees to pressurize the European Union, Japan and other countries to accept new agreements. By the end of August, the revenue from the fee increased to $ 159 billion, which is more than doubled compared to the same time a year ago. Solicitor General D. John Sawyer urged the Supreme Court to decide within a week whether the case should be heard in the first week of November and whether there should be a debate or not.
Sawyer wrote, ‘The President and his cabinet officials have determined that the fees are promoting peace and unprecedented economic prosperity, and by denying the permission for the fee, our country will become a victim of business vengeance without effective security and will push America on the verge of economic destruction.’
He has argued that the issue is not only about business, but also attempting to end Russia’s war against Ukraine. The government has argued that if the duties are removed, it may have to return some imports collected, which will give a financial shock to the American treasury.
