On Tuesday, it has been informed by the Ministry of Minority Affairs that it has been agreed to re -open the talk of HAJ (NUSUK) Portal by the Saudi Haj Ministry. This portal is being opened for Combined Haj Group Operators (CHGOS) to register about 10 thousand pilgrims.
Union Minister did Saudi visit last week
Let us tell you that last week, Union Ministry of Minority Affairs Secretary Dr Chandra Kumar Shekhar Kumar went to Saudi visit. All CHGOs have been given guidelines by the Ministry to complete the registration process without delay. The ministry has said that the date line of registration by Saudi officials was not completed by CHGOS.
For this reason, thousands of pilgrims could not arrange their living transport etc. along with Meena Camp for their Haj pilgrimage. But through the efforts of the Government of India, the Saudi Haj Ministry has given permission to open the portal again after which about 10 thousand pilgrims will be registered.
