Alwar. A major train accident took place in Rajasthan’s Alwar district on Saturday midnight. Three coaches of a goods train derailed at a distance of about 3 km from Alwar railway junction. As soon as the information was received, the team of the railway administration became active. It took immediate action and removed the three racks of the derailed goods train from the other track. At present, work is going on at the spot. Railway’s ADRM Manish Goyal from Jaipur has reached the spot. He is getting the entire matter investigated.
ADRM Jaipur Manish Goyal said that this accident happened around 2:30 am on Saturday night. Here, 3 racks of a goods train suddenly derailed in front of Sainik Office near Tijara gate on Alwar-Delhi railway track. This goods train was coming towards Alwar. It had to go towards Rewari. During that time, this accident happened suddenly near Tijara culvert. The reason of the accident is not known yet.
There was no loss of life in the accident
According to Goyal, the Alwar Mathura track has been slightly blocked due to this. It is being restored. No train going towards Delhi-Mumbai has been disrupted. The railway team became active as soon as the information of the accident was received. Due to three racks of the goods train getting derailed, this route remained blocked for some time. But soon the route was cleared. Thankfully, there was no loss of life in this accident.
Senior officials are present at the scene
At present, the railway administration is trying to remove these three racks with the help of JCB and other resources. Top officials from the railways and police are present on the spot. The work of removing the derailed goods train coaches is being completed at a fast pace.
