Anandpal Encounter: The encounter case of Anand Pal, the notorious gangster of Rajasthan, is in the news. In fact, in this case, the ACJM CBI court has considered it a murder and not an encounter and has ordered to prosecute the 7 policemen of that time for murder, after which there has been a stir in the administrative department. The special thing is that in this case, one SP, one ASP and one DSP have been considered accused. The rest four are other policemen. IPS Rahul Barhat is posted at Mumbai Airport
First of all, let’s talk about IPS Rahul Barhat. Rahul Barhat is a 2017 batch IPS officer. At the time when Anandpal was killed in an encounter, Rahul Barhat was posted as Churu SP. He is known to be a very tough officer. Let us tell you that Anandpal was killed in an encounter on 24 June 2017. Apart from Churu, Rahul Barhat has also been SP in other districts of Rajasthan like Jalore, Barmer and Jhalawar. He has also been posted in Jaipur and Jodhpur Police Commissionerate. Currently, he is working as an Overseas Protector at Mumbai Airport.

Vidya Prakash is posted in Jaipur
The second name that is coming up in the Anandpal encounter is that of Vidya Prakash. Vidya Prakash was posted in Nagaur district at the time of Anandpal encounter and he used to be the Deputy Superintendent of Police of Kuchaman Circle. Let us tell you that he has reached here after being promoted from Sub Inspector. He is a Sub Inspector of the year 1993 batch and is a resident of Piprali in Sikar. Vidya Prakash is currently posted as Additional SP in Jaipur AGF. Earlier, he has served as CO in many places including Kuchaman, Didwana and Jaipur Rural.

Suryaveer Singh is the Deputy SP in Banswara
The third name coming up in the Anandpal encounter case is Suryapal Singh Rathore. He is currently posted as Deputy SP in Banswara, Rajasthan. Let us tell you that at the time of Anandpal encounter, Suryaveer Singh was posted as Inspector in SOG. He was recruited as Sub Inspector in the year 1996. Later he was promoted to the post of Inspector. Most of his posting was in Jaipur Commissionerate. Suryaveer Singh is a resident of Kekri in Rajasthan. He has reached the post of Deputy SP Deputy Superintendent of Police after getting promotion.
