New Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal has got a big relief after the judicial custody was extended in the excise policy case. It is worth noting that on Thursday, the judicial custody of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been extended in the ongoing money laundering case related to the Delhi Excise Policy. However, there is some relief for the CM that the Delhi High Court has accepted his plea for additional meetings with his legal team while in jail. According to Bar and Bench, Justice Nina Bansal Krishna said, “Special circumstances require special treatment. In light of the above discussion, it is held that for the fundamental right to a fair hearing and effective legal representation, the petitioner should be allowed to have two additional legal meetings with his lawyers through video conferencing per week.”
