The production of Citroen C3 has started in Brazil. This crossover is being manufactured at Citroen’s Porto Real factory. The Citroen C3 is the entry-level crossover that is slated to be launched in India by the end of this year.
It will compete with Tata Punch, Renault King, Nissan Magnite and many other vehicles. The C3 is based on the CMP modular platform. It will get a special funky exterior. The car will get dual-tone exterior and black plastic cladding.
The interiors get a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit, a digital instrument cluster and a dual-tone dashboard with a smartphone holder. In India, the Citroen C3 is expected to be powered by a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine. It can be seen with a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Its look is sporty as well as luxurious. This car can become a better choice in its segment from Swift, Punch and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios to premium hatchback Baleno, compact SUV Nissan Magnite and Renault Kyger. According to market experts, the dimensions of the Citroen C3 make it stand out in the range of medium vehicles.
