Apart from this, another electric scooter maker Pure EV has expressed deep regret over the alleged explosion in the battery of its electric scooter. An 80-year-old man from Nizamabad was killed in this blast.
Following this incident, the company has decided to recall 2,000 electric scooters. In a statement, the company expressed its condolences to the victim’s family, saying it was trying to get more details from the customer and authorities. Pure EV said that the customer details given in the media are not recorded in their customer database.
