There is no doubt that the electric scooter market in India is continuously growing. The market is growing rapidly with the advent of new companies and models. In March 2022, the electric scooter market has grown by 795% as compared to March last year. The total sales of the e-scooter last month stood at 14,523 units as compared to 1,622 units in March 2021. Let us know which companies have sold the most electric scooters.
The market leader in the segment is Bengaluru-based Ola Electric. Ola has sold 9,127 units of scooters in March 2022. It currently has a market share of 62.85% in the segment. Ola has also registered a growth of 133.73% as compared to the month-on-month.

Ather Energy came second. The company sold 2,591 units. In March last year, Ather had sold 1,177 units. In this way, the company has registered a growth of 120 percent year-on-year. Their market share is 17.84%. The company sells the Ather 450X electric scooter, which runs up to 116 km on a full charge.

TVS iQube is at the third position in the list, which has grown by 406 percent compared to last year. It has sold 1799 units last month. Similarly, Bajaj Chetak scooter was at the fourth position, which has sold 1,006 units.
