A massive fire incident has come to light in Ola S1 Pro. The matter is being told of Pune, Maharashtra. The video of the incident is going viral on social media. In this 31-second video, an Ola S1 Pro electric scooter is seen standing on a roadside, in which smoke and flames are rising.
According to a News18 report, Ola has confirmed the incident of fire. The company said that it has received information about a fire at Ola S1 Pro in Pune and is investigating the cause of the fire. The company said that the drivers of the scooter are completely safe. The exact cause of the fire is not yet known, but it is being speculated that it could be due to damage or short-circuit of the lithium-ion battery.

It is very difficult to extinguish a fire in a lithium-ion battery. Upon contact with water, it immediately produces hydrogen gas and lithium-hydroxide. Hydrogen gas catches fire. However, whatever the reason, a fire in an electric scooter like this is certainly a scary incident.
