The mask seen in the film’s poster is reminiscent of the web series ‘Asur’, whose serial killer is seen using a similar mask to hide his identity. The film’s poster is going viral. Action entertainer ‘Baby John’ is a remake of Atlee’s Tamil film ‘Theri’. Directed by A Kaliswaran, the film stars Varun Dhawan in the lead role along with Keerthy Suresh, Vamika Gabbi and Jackie Shroff. Produced by Atlee, Jyoti Deshpande and Murad Khetani, the film will be released on Christmas. Varun was seen in ‘Bawaal’ with Janhvi Kapoor some time back. Apart from this, he also played a cameo role in ‘Munjya’.

Apart from ‘Baby John’, Varun also has Amazon Prime’s ‘Citadel’s Indian adaptation ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’, in which his co-star is Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Varun Dhawan will be seen sharing the screen with Janhvi Kapoor in ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. Varun Dhawan is one of India’s highest paid actors. According to Wikipedia, the actor’s 11 consecutive films between 2012 and 2018 were successful at the box office. He is the son of famous filmmaker David Dhawan. He started his career as an assistant director of Karan Johar’s film ‘My Name is Khan’. He made his Bollywood debut as an actor with ‘Student of the Year’ in 2012. He has all the qualities of a hero.
