For this, it can be ensured that 50 percent of the last salary is given as pension in the new pension scheme. In the old pension scheme, only 50 percent of the last salary was given. Along with this, DA was given twice every year. There is no provision of DA every year in the new pension scheme. Also, there is no provision of pension of 50 percent of the last salary in it.
