After the holiday of Holi on 18 March, the Uttar Pradesh government has also declared a government holiday on 19 March Saturday. This instruction has been issued by Jitendra Kumar, Principal Secretary, General Administration in the UP Government. Let us tell you, Holi is on 18th March, apart from this, 19th March has also been declared as a public holiday of Holi. March 19 being a Saturday and 20 being a Sunday, there will be a government holiday for three consecutive days.

When and where will banks be closed according to RBI?
March 17, 2022: Holika Dahan – Banks will remain closed on this day in Dehradun, Kanpur, Lucknow and Ranchi.
18 March 2022: Holi – Banks on this day Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Panaji, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Banks will remain closed in Shillong, Shimla and Srinagar.
March 19, 2022: Holi – Banks will remain closed in Bhubaneswar, Imphal and Patna.
20 March 2022: Banks will be closed on Sundays.
