new Delhi. Country’s top businessman Gautam Adani is often in headlines. Especially since Narendra Modi has been sitting on the chair of the Prime Minister, since then the name of Gautam Adani is being associated with the opposition parties. Not only this, the leader of the opposition keeps on accusing the Center that the government is benefiting businessman Adani and giving big projects to the Adani group. But is Modi government really giving profit to Gautam Adani? Is PM Narendra Modi’s hand behind the success of businessman Gautam Adani? Gautam Adani himself has responded to all these questions for the first time. He has answered all these questions in a special conversation with India Today.
In fact, the anchor asked businessman Gautam Adani, what do you want to say to those critics. Who says your success is because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi? Which Gautam Adani rejected outright. Responding to the question, he said, PM Modi and I come from the same state, so it is easy to make such baseless allegations against me. I can divide my industrial career into 4 parts. Adani said that many people would be surprised to know that my journey started when Rajiv Gandhi was the Prime Minister. When he promoted the Exim Policy and many things came in the OGL list for the first time. That’s why my export house started. But had he not been there, my beginning would not have been like this.
Further, he told in this interview that the second opportunity came in the year 1991 when Narasimha Rao and Dr. Manmohan Singh did economic reforms. Many people have benefited from it including me. The third chance came in 1995 when Keshubhai Patel became the CM of Gujarat. Due to his foresight and change in policy, he got the opportunity to build his first port at Mundra. The fourth opportunity came in the year 2001 when Narendra Modi showed the direction of development as soon as he became the CM of Gujarat.

Responding to the critics who told PM Modi behind his success, he said that it is unfortunate that such comments are made against me. All this is baseless and biased against our progress. The truth is that our success is not because of any one but because of the policy changes of the governments of the last three decades.
