Along with this, Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has also increased the prices of its tea and coffee. After the increase in the prices of Nestle and HUL, other FMGC companies can also increase the prices of their products in the coming days. Due to which inflation and burden are sure to fall on the common man.
Maggi became so expensive – Nestle India has increased the prices of Maggi by 9 to 12 percent. Till now, 70 grams of Maggi Masala Nuder was available for Rs 12, for which the customer will now have to pay Rs 14. At the same time, the price of 140 grams packet of Maggi has been increased by 12.5 percent from Rs 22 to Rs 25. Apart from this, the price of 560 grams packet of Maggi has been increased by 9.6 percent from Rs 96 to Rs 105.
Nestle’s coffee became expensive Nestle India has increased the price of A+ milk cartons by 4 percent. Earlier its price used to be Rs 75, which has now been reduced to Rs 78. At the same time, the price of Nestle Classic Coffee Powder has been increased by 3 to 7 percent, in which the cost of 2.5 grams pack earlier used to be Rs 78, which has now been increased to Rs 80. On the other hand, Nestle has increased the price of a 50-gram pack of Classic Coffee by 3.4 percent, which was earlier priced at Rs 145, now it will be available for Rs 150.
HUL increased the price of tea and coffee Hindustan Unilever, the second largest company of FMGC products, has increased the price of its tea and coffee products. The company has increased the price of Bru Gold coffee by 3 to 7 percent on all packs. At the same time, the price of Taj Mahal tea has also been increased by 3.7-5.8 percent on all packs.

Apart from this, HUL has increased the prices of tea leaves of Brooke Bond 3 roses variant by 1.5-14 percent across all packs. According to HUL, this increase in the prices of tea-coffee has been made due to the increase in the cost of raw materials and transportation cost.
