10 of Maruti Alto
Maruti Suzuki has launched Alto K10-2025 with 6 airbags. Now, 6 airbags will be found in all variants of this small hatchback car. However, its price has increased by Rs 16,000 with 6 airbags. Maruti Alto K10 will be available in a total of eight variants, which cost Rs 4.23 lakh to Rs 6.21 lakh. There are two AMT variants – VXI and VXI+ – priced at Rs 5.60 lakh and Rs 6.10 lakh respectively. The CNG fuel option is available with LXI and VXI, which cost Rs 5.90 lakh and Rs 6.21 lakh respectively. Alto K10 is currently the cheapest car for sale in India. Therefore, the company has launched its updated version.

Features and specifications
In addition to six airbags in this smallest Maruti car, the 3-point seat belt for the rear passengers is also upgraded. Other security facilities offered include an electronic stability program (ESP), reverse parking sensor, ABS with EBD and a colpasible steering columns. Additionally, the hatchback is equipped with a hatchback rear door child lock, engine immobilizer, high-speed alert system, front seat belt pretense with force limit, seat belt reminder with bajer, seat belt reminder, headlamp leveling and a high-mounted stop lamp. Maruti has also upgraded the music system of Alto K10. With a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, now four speakers are now given instead of two. Highlights include keyless entry, steering-mounted control, manually adjustable outside rear view mirrors (orvms) and semi-digital instrument clusters.
Engine and power
The Maruti Alto K10 has a 1-liter Natural Aspirated Dualjet Petrol Engine that gives 67 bhp and 89 Nm peak torque. This engine can be paired with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT. Apart from this, the CNG variant of Alto K10 also has the same engine that gives 56 bhp and 82 Nm torque. In the CNG version, Alto K10 is specially paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The CNG variant also includes the Idol engine start/stop technology.
