Lucknow. ED is going to question YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav today. This questioning of Elvish Yadav will take place at the ED office in Lucknow. ED is investigating money laundering against Elvish Yadav. This ED case is related to the supply of snake venom during rave parties in Noida hotels. Noida Police had registered a case against Elvish Yadav for supplying snake venom. After the arrest, Elvish Yadav got bail from the court. Now everyone’s eyes are on whether Elvish Yadav gets relief in the money laundering investigation or not.

ED had registered a case under the Money Laundering Act in May 2024 in the case of supplying snake venom. Investigation by Noida Police revealed that a huge amount of money was transacted in supplying snake venom. Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on March 17 on charges of supplying snake venom. After which Elvish Yadav got bail 5 days later. ED had already questioned Haryana singer Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuria on charges of money laundering in the supply of snake venom. Snake was used in one of Fazilpuria’s songs. Apart from this, ED has also questioned Ishwar Yadav and Vinay Yadav, close to Elvish Yadav.

Noida Police had filed a 1200 page charge sheet in the court on 6 April against Elvish Yadav and 7 other accused under the Wildlife Protection Act. The charge sheet was filed by Noida Police in the court 6 months after the disclosure of supply of snake venom during rave parties in Noida hotels. In this charge sheet, Noida Police has alleged that snakes were smuggled and the venom was used in rave parties. At the same time, Elvish Yadav has denied the allegations against him. He says that he has nothing to do with supplying snake venom during rave parties in hotels. The special thing is that Noida Police had earlier also imposed a section related to narcotics on Elvish Yadav, but later removed it.
