The central government is preparing to make arrangements for the education of Indian mbbs students in ukraine who were brought back from war-torn Ukraine. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said in the Lok Sabha on Monday that the government would make all possible arrangements to make Indian students brought back from Ukraine into doctors. He gave this assurance to the students while answering the supplementary question of Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi during the Question Hour.
Gogoi had questioned whether the government would make efforts in collaboration with central universities or other efforts for the students who returned from Ukraine after leaving medical studies. So that their future does not remain in the dark. Responding to this question, Pradhan said that when the students have been brought from Ukraine, the government will collectively take care of whatever arrangement is needed to make them doctors.

Besides Gogoi, Mithun Reddy of YSR Congress Party, Rajmohan Unnithan of Congress, Abdul Khaliq raised the issue of students returning from Ukraine during Zero Hour in Lok Sabha. Mithun Reddy said that the returned students belong to normal families, who should be absorbed in the medical colleges of the country and the fees for medical education should be reduced and new colleges should be built. Congress’s K. Suresh said, the returned students are facing an uncertain future.
