Born in Khurd, Pakistan, Bollywood’s great filmmaker and actor Sunil Dutt gave more than one film to Bollywood. Known as a superstar in the cinema world, Sunil Dutt’s real life was like the story of a film. Late actor Sunil Dutt’s name remained from Bollywood to political circles. Sunil Dutt started his career with the film ‘Railway Platform’. However, his film could not do anything special. After this she got success with the film ‘Mother India’.
Sunil Dutt was seen with his wife Nargis Dutt in the film Mother India, released in 1957. Their love blossomed while working in this film and then they got married in the year 1958. The actor came to India after independence. And then after 50 years of independence he went back to his village. People welcomed him there in a very grand manner. Not only this, the villagers also started asking Sunil Dutt to settle there again.

Sunil Dutt had revealed during an interview that, “I always felt that the people of Pakistan are very gentle and caring. You will be surprised to know that when I reached my village located in Pakistan, all the villagers had welcomed me together. At first I thought they were doing this because they know me and I am an actor. But they really realized that I was from there. The youth there had given me big banners, on which it was written ‘Welcome to Khurd Sunil Dutt. Those moments were really emotional for me. He also took me with him to the fields and said, ‘Yeh teri zameen hai balla’. I told him that no it is only yours. So his answer was, ‘No you come here, I will give it to you.
Sunil Dutt acted in around 100 films in his life, produced 7 and directed 6. Sunil Dutt was a Member of Parliament for 5 times. And in 2004, he was made the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, finally he died of a heart attack on 25 May 2005!
