How to make Coconut Kheer
Most people like to make and eat rice kheer as a sweet dish. Actually, kheer is such a sweet dish that is made on almost every auspicious occasion. Ingredients for Coconut Kheer:
Coconut – 1 piece, half cup almonds, half cup cashews, half cup raisins, milk – 2 liters, sugar – 1 cup, cardamom powder – 1 tablespoon
How to make Coconut Kheer:

Step 1: To make coconut kheer, first take a fresh coconut and break it into small pieces. Now remove the black peel of the coconut thoroughly. After that wash the coconut in clean water and grate it.

Step 2: Turn on the gas and put 2 liters of milk in a pan to heat. While the milk is heating, finely chop half a cup of almonds, half a cup of cashews, half a cup of raisins and turn on the gas and fry these dry fruits in Desi ghee.

Third step: When the milk is heated well, add grated coconut to it and stir well. Keep in mind that the flame of the gas should not be too high. On high flame, coconut can stick to the pan. After 15 minutes, add roasted dry fruits to it.

Step 4: Keep stirring coconut and dry fruits in milk continuously. After an hour, when the milk thickens, add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and 1 cup sugar to it. After some time, turn off the gas. Your coconut kheer is ready.
