Diabetes is a metabolic condition in which the level of blood sugar increases significantly in the body. Dietary diet for diabetes: Dietary diet has special importance in Ayurveda. It describes a different diet for each disease. According to Dr. Nitika, there is a very simple diet in diabetes. Moong dal and bitter gourd vegetable are very digestible and beneficial food in the disease of diabetes. Apart from this, Sattu, Old Rice, Red Rice Paddy, Bajra are very helpful. Dr Nitika says that with the help of this simple diet diet, the disease of diabetes can be controlled.
