At the same time, an alert has been issued for heavy rain in Alwar, Bharatpur, Bundi, Dholpur, Jaipur, Sikar, Churu and Tonk.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a forecast of rain in the whole of Rajasthan today except Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Barmer of western Rajasthan. Very heavy rains may occur in four districts and heavy rains in eight districts. Therefore, people of these areas should remain alert. In view of the alert of very heavy and heavy rains, the Disaster Relief Management Department has also geared up. According to the IMD, heavy rains are expected in some areas of Shekhawati including Bharatpur and Jaipur divisions on 23 and 24 July. Heavy rains may occur at some places in Kota, Udaipur and Ajmer divisions on 24 and 25 July.
