New Delhi. Land and property disputes are increasing continuously. A gruesome incident has been carried out in the country’s capital Delhi in a property dispute. There was a dispute over a house. A minor girl and another person were entangled with each other. There was a heated talk between the two, while dozens of people were watching this fight from below. Amidst the heated argument, the person slapped the minor girl hard. Due to this, the minor fell from the roof to the paved road below. The victim was immediately taken to the hospital. Now Delhi Police is searching for the accused.
A video of a minor being thrown off the roof in a property dispute is going viral. After the video came into the public domain, the police became active and registered a case against the accused. According to Delhi Police officials, on July 25, 2024, at around 4 pm, a PCR call was received at Police Station Aman Vihar about a fight in Karan Vihar Kirari Suleman Nagar. When the police team immediately reached the spot, it was found that the victim girl has been admitted to MGM Hospital.

Statement of the minor victim
The Delhi Police team then reached MGM Hospital and took the statement of the victim minor girl. Also obtained MLC. Based on the victim’s statement and MLC, a case has been registered against the accused. Initial investigation has revealed that there was a dispute between the two parties on the property issue. A video of the alleged incident is going viral, in which the accused is seen slapping the minor girl. After this, she fell down from the 6 feet high roof. Delhi Police has formed several teams to arrest the accused.
‘If I throw you from here, you will fall there’
In the viral video, heated exchange between the victim and the accused can be seen and heard. In the video, the accused is telling the minor girl that nothing will happen to her. On this, the victim also said that nothing will happen to her either. The accused then said that if I throw you from here, you will fall there. When the minor girl replied to this also, the accused got furious. In a fit of frustration, the accused slapped the victim hard, due to which the girl fell down from the roof to the road.
