The Pakistani team will face host Sri Lanka in the semi-finals. Chasing the target of 81 runs set by Bangladesh, India won the match by scoring 83 runs in the 11th over without losing any wicket. Opener Smriti Mandhana played an unbeaten innings of 55 runs while Shefali Verma returned unbeaten after scoring 26 runs.

In the match played at Dambulla International Cricket Stadium, Bangladesh batted first and scored 80 runs for 8 wickets. Renuka Singh and Radha Yadav took 3-3 wickets for India (IND vs BAN). In reply, India scored 83 runs in 66 balls and won the match. Team India remained undefeated and booked a ticket to the final. Mandhana and Shefali gave India a great start. Mandhana hit 9 fours and a six in 39 balls in her half-century innings. Shefali hit 2 fours in 28 balls.
