Amarnath Yatra 2024: Advance registration for Amarnath Yatra has started from today i.e. 15th April 2024. This Yatra, which lasts for 45 days every year, will start on June 29 and will end on August 19 on the occasion of Rakshabandhan and the full moon day of Sawan. Every year lakhs of devotees register for Amarnath Yatra. For this yatra, Indian devotees will have to pay Rs 220 per devotee, while foreign nationals will have to pay Rs 1510 per devotee for this.

- First of all go to the official website of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board (SASB) www.jksasb.nic.in.
- Tap or click on the ‘Register’ button given on the online service tap here.
- After this the devotees fill their information and click on the submit button.
- After the application is processed, users will get a confirmation message on their mobile number, in which OTP i.e. one time password will be given.
- After entering the OTP, pay the application fee.
- In this way the registration process for Amarnath Yatra will be completed.
- After completion of the registration process, download the travel permit.
Get medical certificate like this
For medical certificate for Amarnath Yatra, visit the local branch of PNB, SBI, YES Bank, and Jammu & Kashmir Bank. Fill the medical form given there and you can take a doctor’s appointment from the Community Health Center. The age of the devotees going on Amarnath Yatra should be between 13 years to 70 years. Pregnant women of 6 weeks or more cannot visit Amarnath. Travelers traveling to Amarnath have to go to great heights, due to which there may be difficulty in breathing. This is the reason why devotees suffering from asthma and lung related problems are not considered medically fit for this journey.
