Puran Sidar’s father Tejwa Sidar (48) was a resident of village Banjari police station, Sarangarh. It was told that he had been working here for a long time. Fell off the conveyor belt at around three o’clock in the afternoon of March 1. This caused serious injuries to his hands, legs and head. In a hurry, he was admitted to the Medical College Hospital. Where he died. On the information of the hospital management, the Kotwali police have taken the matter under investigation while establishing a route. The body was handed over to the relatives after legal action. When the relatives reached the village with the dead body, the local people started protesting on the road, accusing the crusher management of negligence. According to the villagers, Puran died due to negligence in security. The villagers were demanding compensation. The body was cremated after the crusher owner paid compensation.
The accused of theft climbed into the hands of the police:
Surendra Kumar Chauhan, father of Dukhuram Chauhan, aged 41 years, resident of village Dahida police station Kosir, was arrested by the Kosir police for the theft in the house of village Dahida. Accused Surendra Chauhan, along with his partner Manoj alias Chotu, took out the trunk of a house in the village and told them to steal TV, utensils. It may be mentioned that the absconding accused Manoj alias Chhotu was being traced, who was taken into custody today on the information of the informer being seen in the village. The accused Manoj Jangde alias Chhotu’s father Maslal Jangde, 25 years resident of village Dahida police station, Kosir, accepted his involvement in the said crime. Sub-Inspector Jaimangal Patel, Assistant Sub-Inspector Tandon, constable Jeetram Lahere, Suresh Burman, Prakash Dhirahi, Muniram Anant, Ram Gopal Yadav, Dileshwar Netam have played a commendable role in the proceedings.
