Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday wrote a letter to the superintendent of Tihar Jail, claiming that he was demanding insulin daily and the doctors at AIIMS never said that there was nothing to worry about his health.
A day before this letter of Arvind Kejriwal, Tihar administration had issued a statement saying that they had arranged a video conference with senior experts of AIIMS on April 20 during which neither Kejriwal raised the issue of insulin nor The doctors did not give any such advice.
In his letter, the Delhi Chief Minister also opposed the statement of the Tihar administration that the doctors of AIIMS had assured that there was no serious concern regarding his sugar level. Arvind Kejriwal claimed, “AIIMS doctors never gave any such assurance.” He said that he will look at everything and then give his advice.
