Muzaffarpur. The election to be held in Bochaha assembly constituency of Muzaffarpur in Bihar is considered to be associated with prestige for NDA especially BJP, which is why the state BJP has planned to launch its strong army here. BJP has planned to campaign more than 35 MLAs and 3 ministers in Bochaha.
A BJP leader said that the state leadership of the BJP has decided to field ministers and MLAs of the state for campaigning. It will be headed by three ministers of the Bihar government.
The party has given the responsibility of its three divisions Bochahan, Mushhari and Ahiyapur under Bochaha assembly to ministers Jivesh Mishra, Janak Ram and Rampreet Paswan Mili. Apart from this, 35 MLAs have also been given the responsibility of campaigning in 35 panchayats of Bochahan-Mushhari.
From March 29 to April 10, all ministers and MLAs will stay in Muzaffarpur. Muzaffarpur MP Ajay Nishad said that three ministers, 35 MLAs, 16 MLCs, more than 1500 workers would be engaged in the conduct of elections.
The MP said that apart from this, many officials including state president Sanjay Jaiswal and many ministers would also reach to campaign.
Sources say that for Bochaha, video and audio messages of all the Union Ministers of Bihar quota have also been planned to reach the voters.
It is noteworthy that in the last assembly elections, VIP candidate Musafir Paswan was victorious from Bochaha, this seat fell vacant after his sudden demise. BJP has made Baby Kumari its candidate in this by-election, while VIP has also fielded its candidate from here. RJD and Congress have also fielded their candidates here. Polling for this seat is to be held on April 12.
