smell was coming in the house
When the brother of the accused reached his house, he could not find his parents in the house and the whole house smelled of foul smell. He informed the police about it. As soon as the police reached the spot, the younger brother agreed to kill the parents and bury the dead body.
bodies sent for postmortem
Jairam Singh (50) and Phoolsundari Bai (45), residents of village Khodhala in Udaipur area, have two sons. The eldest son Hemant lives in the in-laws’ house with his wife. When he came home on Thursday, he could not find his parents. He looked for them but was nowhere to be found and there was a foul smell inside the house. When Hemant reached the police late in the night on information, the younger son disclosed the murder. The bodies of both have been sent for post-mortem.
Mother’s body buried after two days
The accused juvenile told the police that he had killed the parents 5-6 days back. He had committed the murder with the extortionate of woodcutters. Kishor buried the father’s body in the house after the murder, but buried the mother’s body at another place in the house after two days. During this he used to sleep and cook food at home. Police has sent forensic team to the spot for investigation. First the police took the statements of the accused in front of the magistrate and after that the dead bodies were taken out.
Parents don’t love, so killed
SDOP Akhilesh Kaushik told that the boy said that the parents loved brother and sister-in-law more. didn’t love him. So he killed both of them. Prima facie it seems that the boy’s mental condition is not good and he committed the crime in anger. For the time being further action is going on.
