The Chinese automaker will launch the bike in its domestic market later this year and launch it in other international markets. Let us tell you, the new retro motorcycle takes design inspiration from its elder brother. At the same time, the new bike 250 CL-X introduced is believed to be a premium version of the 700 CL-X.
very sporty in looks
The CFMoto 250cc motorcycle neo-retro design bike flaunts a sharp looking front face with round LED headlamps along with a large LED DRL. It gets a muscular fuel tank and circular rearview mirrors, which add to its retro appeal. On the other hand, sportiness in the quarter-litre naked roadster is highlighted with a dual-tone paint scheme equipped with attractive body graphics, colour-coded alloy rims and headlamp bezels. Let us tell you, the fully dark theme of the motorcycle is also enhancing its sporty look.
Engine, Power and Gearbox
The CF Moto 250 CL-X is powered by a 250cc single-cylinder motor that produces 27.6 bhp power and 22 Nm peak torque. This unit is expected to be mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slip-and-assist clutch. One thing to note here is that this engine puts it in the same league as the rest of the quarter-litre naked motorcycles in terms of output.
When launched in India, the 250 CL-X bike will be a major rival to the KTM 250 Duke and the Husqvarna 250 Twins – the Svartpilen and Vitpilen. Talking about the price, the price of 250 CL-X has not been revealed yet. But currently, CFMoto has four motorcycles in its India portfolio including 300NK, 650NK, 650GT and 650MT. At the same time, the company has not confirmed the launch of 250 CL-X in India.
