Bad conditions happened in 2010 as well
In 2010, when the water level of Yamuna reached 207.11, many areas were inundated. There was a lot of damage to properties. Many low-lying areas were submerged for many days. In 2010, the water level in Yamuna was very high. This year also many areas of Delhi were submerged.
