Gwalior Bharat Darshan Train News: Gwalior, New Dunia representative. Bharat Darshan Yatri special train being operated by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) from Agra for Ayodhya, Kashi Corridor, Gangasagar and Jagannathpuri will arrive Gwalior on 7th and 22nd March 2022.
To reach all these religious places, train seating is being provided from eight stations, which also includes Gwalior. IRCTC North Zone Chief Regional Manager Ajit Kumar Sinha said that on March 7 also, people of this region would be made to travel to major places like Jagannathpuri and Gangasagar through Bharat Darshan Yatri special train. In view of the demand of passengers, now this train will be operated for the second consecutive time on March 22. Its fare has been fixed at Rs 9450 per person. Apart from food, there will also be arrangements for accommodation in buses and dharamshalas. Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya, Hanumangarhi, Saryu Aarti, Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Varanasi), Vaidyanath Temple (Jasidih), Gangasagar, Kali Mandir (Kolkata), Jagannath Temple and Konark Temple in Puri, Vishnupad Temple in Gaya etc. can be visited. Seating facility in this train will be available from Agra Cantt, Gwalior, Veerangana Laxmibai, Orai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Barabanki and Ayodhya.
When the GM was coming, the officers started looking for drawbacks at the station: In view of the upcoming Gwalior inspection of the General Manager (GM) of North Central Railway on March 3, now the local railway officers have remembered the shortcomings of the passenger facility. Local officials are now coming out of their offices and inspecting the platforms and circulating areas and finding deficiencies. On Monday, the officials of the Commerce Department inspected platform number one to four and found the shortcomings. Where deficiencies were noticed, photographs were taken and sent to the concerned officers. AEN Ankur Gupta inspected the circulating area and instructed to replace the broken tiles on the porch and platform. These tiles have been broken for several months, but now the officers have come to the attention of getting them repaired. Apart from this, painting is being done on the platform, while the electrical wires are also being shifted.
DRM did window inspection from Dholpur: Divisional Railway Manager Ashutosh reached Dholpur from Jhansi on Sunday night itself. On Monday, he inspected the bridges along with all the minor stations falling between Hetampur to Jhansi. After this he returned to Jhansi via Gwalior via Udaipur-Khajuraho Intercity. During this, the railway staff was completely alert.
