Gwalior Court News: Gwalior, New Dunia Rep. Tenth District Judge Ashok Sharma has approved the cost of organizing Achaleshwar temple on Mahashivratri. The committee may spend Rs 3.35 lakh on the event of Mahashivratri. Also, permission was sought for additional expenditure of Rs 2 lakh 20 thousand 270, this has also been approved. Now the committee will be able to spend on the salaries and bhandara of those working on the temple.
The program of Mahashivratri is to be organized at Achaleshwar temple on March 1. A large number of devotees will reach the temple, arrangements have to be made for the devotees not to be disturbed. The details of the expenditure being incurred on these arrangements were presented by the district administration in the court. 3.35 lakh was reported as expenditure. On the application of the district administration, the court heard and gave permission. To meet other expenses, permission has been sought for Rs 2 lakh 20 thousand 270, that has also been approved. After these approvals, Shivratri will be celebrated with pomp at the temple. The committee of lawyers constituted by the court will have to cooperate in the system.
Recently the count of Chadhetri was done: Some time back, the offerings coming to the Achaleshwar Mahadev temple were counted in the presence of the SDM. It is worth mentioning that since the dispute, the temple is being operated under the supervision of the administration.

The court has ordered that no withdrawal will be made from the temple account and FDR without permission. The donations that come to the temple should be deposited in the account every month.
Whatever offerings come to the temple, no unauthorized person should receive it. This should be monitored. The money that is being donated to the temple should be put in the donation boxes only. The receipt of donation should be made by the authorized person only.
