Her boy woke up at around 12:30 in the night, when he found the things in the room scattered. He could not find the mobile kept in the room. Whose report was made in writing against unknown person for the offense of section 457, 380 Bhadvi. On the process of research, the police station Inderganj took the matter under investigation. Police arrested Mukesh on the charge of mobile theft. The mobile was seized from the illegal possession of accused Mukesh and the charge sheet was presented before the court. The accused argued in defense that the police had falsely implicated him. He didn’t steal the mobile. This is a story made up by the police. New young man. If he is punished then life will be adversely affected. Therefore, the punishment will be lenient. The prosecution was rightly told that the mobile was recovered from the accused. He had entered the house with the intention of stealing and when he could not find some valuables, he stole the mobile. Therefore, the accused should be given the harshest punishment. The court sentenced the accused to two years’ imprisonment.
