After getting injured in the accident, the contractor Pushpendra Yadav rented the driver Dharamveer Kushwaha on rent at the rate of one lakh rupees per month. For two months, the driver paid the prescribed amount of rent. After that along with JCB disappeared. The accused also removed the GPS system fitted with JCB. On contacting the accused on the phone, the complainant started abusing. Siraul police station has registered a case of defamation against the accused. Police is searching for the accused.
Pushpendra’s son Amrit Yadav, a resident of Gupteshwar Colony located on Tighra Road, had got JCB financed for a few months worth Rs 38 lakh. He was injured in an accident a few days later. JCB stood at home. There was a problem in paying the installment. On October 25, his driver Dharmendra’s son Suresh Kushwaha came to meet him. Seeing JCB standing at home, he offered to take JCB on contract. The complainant had to move JCB to deposit the installment, so he readily agreed.
One lakh rupees per month rent fixed
There was an agreement between the two that JCB would be run by him. One lakh rupees per month will be given as rent. Since the driver of the complainant was trustworthy, he handed over the keys of the JCB to him. For two months, he paid rent to JCB to the complainant as per equal agreement and kept coming to meet him. After that he disappeared. The complainants also went to his house to find him, but he was found missing. The JCB was fitted with a GPS system, they tried to locate the JCB’s location from the GPS system, but could not connect. Because the driver removed the GPS system from the JCB. On calling the complainant, the accused started committing indecency. The police is probing the case of Amanat Mein Khyanat.
