New Delhi: Haldwani violence mastermind Abdul Malik has been arrested from Delhi. The police was searching for him for a long time. According to Haldwani Police, this arrest has been made from Delhi. Malik’s garden belonged to Abdul Malik, where the administration had gone to remove illegal construction. After this there was violence.
Abdul accused of illegal occupation of lands
A total of 6 people were killed in the violence in Haldwani, while more than 60 people were injured. The police were searching for Abdul Malik, one of the masterminds of the violence. There are allegations that Abdul Malik had illegally occupied the lands and sold them illegally.

What is the whole matter?
Violence broke out in Banbhulpura after the crackdown on Madrasa on 8th February. Locals threw stones and petrol bombs at municipal corporation personnel and police that day, forcing many personnel to take shelter in the police station. The mob then set the police station on fire. According to police, six rioters were killed and more than 100 people, including policemen and media persons, were injured in the violence. After this, curfew was also imposed due to Banbhulpura violence.
