New Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP and former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh aka Bhajji has become the target of social media users. The reason for this is one of his tweets in favor of Pakistan. After Pakistan’s defeat to South Africa, Bhajji had tweeted tagging ICC and Pakistan Cricket Board. In the tweet, Harbhajan had written that due to bad umpiring and bad rules, Pakistan lost the World Cup cricket match against South Africa. Harbhajan Singh had written that ICC should change the rules. If the ball hits the stump, it is out. It doesn’t matter whether the umpire gave out or not. Harbhajan Singh also raised questions on technology during the World Cup and wrote that otherwise what is the use of technology?
Bad umpiring and bad rules cost Pakistan this game.. @ICC should change this rule.. if the ball is hitting the stump that’s out whether umpire gave out or not out doesn’t matter.. otherwise what is the use of technology??? @TheRealPCB vs #SouthAfrica #worldcup

Social media users got angry at Harbhajan on this tweet. Users slammed Bhajji for taking Pakistan’s side. A user named Pranjal Choudhary reprimanded Bhajji and wrote that it was expected that you would remain above the dirty politics of your party. Pranjal wrote that Bhajji, you did not speak when DRS decisions were taken against the Indian team. A user named Hathayogi wrote for Bhajji that your love for Pakistan has increased again. At the same time, a user named Sandeep wrote that if you are raising questions on the umpire, then why don’t you put robots on the field instead of players. Isha Srivastava wrote that when the umpires gave the decision against South Africa, were they sleeping at that time? You can read what else the users said to Harbhajan Singh by going to the reply section of his tweet given above.
On the other hand, former Pakistan captain Moin Khan raised questions on the review itself. Moeen Khan said that the player was out and the umpire made a big mistake. Moeen also said that the leg stump is visible at the place where the ball hit the pad. He says that Pakistan was winning the match. The umpire would give out and then if the batsman wanted, the third umpire would give the decision. According to Moeen, the part of the video shown during that time was wrong. The ball was about to hit the leg stump completely. The matter is that on Friday, South Africa defeated Pakistan by 1 wicket in the World Cup match. South Africa scored 271 runs for 9 wickets. At the end of the match, the umpire did not give Tabrez Shamsi LBW on the ball of Haris Rauf. Harbhajan and Moin Khan have protested against the same.
