Three boys were beaten up for raising slogans of Jai Shri Ram in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The accused attacked him with sticks. Due to this, one boy got injured in his head and the other got injured in his nose. Police have arrested all four accused and are taking action by registering an FIR. The matter is of Chikbetahli, where three boys were going in a car. They had saffron flags and were raising slogans of Jai Shri Ram. After this the boys who came on bike stopped them and started arguing.
A video is going viral on social media, in which it can be seen that a boy sitting on a bike says that they should not say Jai Shri Ram but Allahu Akbar. In response, the boy in the car says that it is our festival, we will raise whatever slogans we want. Do we say anything when you celebrate your festival? After this, debate starts between both the parties. The accused boys also try to snatch the saffron flag and take out the boys sitting in the car. After this they attack them with sticks. Later, two more boys along with the accused beat up the victims.
Two minors also included among the accused
Police have registered a case under IPC sections 156/24 u/s 295A, 298, 143, 147, 504, 324, 326, 506 r/w 149. The accused have been identified as Farman and Sameer. The other two accused are minors. All four accused are residents of MS Palya. Whereas, the victims Pawan Kumar, Rahul and Binayak are residents of Sanjeevani Nagar. The accused had fled after the incident. Police reached the spot, sent the victims to the hospital, registered a case and arrested all the accused.
