Another stop has been added to Narendra Modi’s dream project bullet train in Gujarat. As per the plan till now, the work of running bullet train from Ahmedabad to Mumbai as well as from Ahmedabad to Delhi has been started. After this plan, now Ahmedabad to Mumbai or Delhi can be reached in just 3-4 hours. The bullet train between Ahmedabad and Delhi will pass through 4 states and will have 15 stops. After this scheme, the journey of 886 km will be completed in just 4 hours.
Let us tell you that DPR (Detailed Project Report) is being prepared by National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited for running bullet train on 886 km long route between Ahmedabad-Delhi. As part of the DPR, NHSRCL recently conducted a survey in 16 villages of Gandhinagar. Gandhinagar Mahatma Mandir will also be included on this route. This train will run from Sabarmati to Khodiyar, entering Mahatma Mandir, Pethapur Highway, Aluva village border, Sabarkantha district from Hintnagar to Dungarpur. NHSRCL will build 15 stations on this route from four states- Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana to Delhi. Considering the bullet train’s maximum speed of 350 kmph and average speed of 250 kmph, it can be said that the distance between Ahmedabad and Delhi will be covered in less than 4 hours. Simultaneously, NHSRCL has recently completed the survey for Ahmedabad-Delhi route and is presently in the process of submission of DPR. Once the DPR is approved by the government, NHSRCL will start land acquisition in 2022 and construction work for the project will begin. The land acquisition is likely to be completed expeditiously with most of this route passing through a railway line and a national highway, and if so, is likely to be completed along with the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Bullet Train Project and the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Bullet Train Project.
According to the information, for a total of 15 stations in the Ahmedabad-Delhi bullet train route, there will be 3 stations in Gujarat, 9 in Rajasthan, 2 in Haryana and 1 in Delhi, so that Rajasthan will benefit the most from this route. Apart from Ahmedabad, stations will be built on this route at Gandhinagar, Himmatnagar, Dungarpur, Udaipur, Shahpura, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Vijaynagar, Ajmer, Jaipur, Behror, Rewari, Manesar and Dwarka (Delhi).
The bullet train project between Ahmedabad and Mumbai is currently underway, after which the 508 km distance between Ahmedabad and Mumbai will be completed in 3 hours. Similarly, after the completion of the bullet train project between Ahmedabad and Delhi, a distance of 886 km will be covered in 4 hours. In this way, with the addition of bullet train from Delhi to Mumbai to Mumbai, the distance of about 1394 km between Delhi and Mumbai will be covered in 6 to 7 hours by bullet train.
