Amidst the Gyanvapi survey, a statement made by SP chief Akhilesh Yadav regarding Hinduism is in the news. He had said in Ayodhya in the past that ‘Place a stone anywhere in our Hindu religion, put a red flag, a temple has been built under the Peepal tree’. In such a situation, now the BJP is attacking the SP chief.
In a debate on the Aaj Tak channel, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra and SP spokesperson Anurag Bhadauria were seen leveling allegations against each other. Anurag Bhadauria told Patra, “On one hand Modi ji is saying you don’t want to talk on core issue and on the other side he starts talking on Gyanvapi issue. That’s the only core issue.”
On the other hand, on the statement given by Akhilesh Yadav on Hinduism, Anurag Bhadauria said, “We are people who believe in every particle of God. In India, 80 percent of the people live under the banyan and consider Peepal, Bell as Lord Shiva. Place stones and worship Tulsi. In case of smallpox, neem leaves are brought in the house. It is said in Sanatan that the soul is the Supreme Soul.

Responding to Anurag Bhadauria, Sambit Patra told the anchor that just check whether the soul of Acharya Pramod Krishnam ji has not entered, I will have to check. I don’t understand at all what they said?
Sambit Patra said that their leaders say that place stones anywhere and hoist the saffron flag, what about Hindus? We consider Peepal stone as God, so why do we not have the right over the temple? Patra said, “The way the SP leader commented on Shivling, if he had made similar remarks for some other religion, he would have reduced by 6 inches.”
