Uma Bharti’s statement has come to the fore regarding Nupur Sharma, who was out of the Bharatiya Janata Party after making objectionable remarks on Prophet Mohammad. Supporting BJP’s decision to oust Nupur Sharma from the party, he said that the action taken by the party is right, but it cannot be thrown towards the herd of wolves.
He said that our central government will do well to handle the response of Arab countries, but the mistake Nupur made is that she commented outside the party line. He said that our party never gives freedom to anyone to speak hateful language. The action taken by the party against him regarding this is right, and he himself has expressed regret over it.
He said, “Now the matter of concern is the way a reward of one crore rupees on his head and his photo is being trampled with shoes and he is getting threats. For that, Hindus and Muslims should all condemn him.” He has also talked about providing security to Nupur. He said that we cannot throw him towards the herd of wolves for this. He should be fully protected.
She said, “I was worried seeing the way hatred, abusing, showing down in the name of caste and religion had become an issue in the UP elections. PM Modi is our first leader who solved every problem.” Referring to issues like Ram Mandir, Article 370 and triple talaq, he said that he maintained good relations with all Muslim countries. He said that leaders like PM Modi would not have happened in India or in other countries of the world.
He said that the atmosphere that started building before the UP elections is contrary to the thinking of PM Modi. Right now Hindus and Muslims should condemn it together that the way Nupur Sharma’s photo is being trampled with shoes is wrong. Please tell that Nupur Sharma is getting death threats after this incident.
