This is the step-by-step process
- For this, first you go to the website of the Road and Transport Transport Department of your state, for example people receiving DL from Uttar Pradesh should visit uptransport.upsdc.gov.in.
- Click on the link ‘Aadhaar’ on the home page of the website.
- Select the ‘Driving License’ option from the drop-down menu.
- Here enter your driving license number, and click on ‘Get Details’ option.
- Next, enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number and registered UIDAI mobile number and submit.
Let us tell you, once you have successfully completed this step, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP now to complete the process and you have successfully linked your Aadhaar with your driving license.
