Police have arrested two accused who robbed more than Rs 30 lakh from Bank of Maharashtra ATM in Tilhari Gorabazar, Jabalpur. Jabalpur Police has arrested from Gangapur area of Varanasi. About 32 lakh 98 thousand rupees have also been recovered from the accused. Both the arrested accused are real brothers.
According to the information, the uncle of the accused lives in Jabalpur and both the accused used to study in Jabalpur while staying with them. Both the accused were well acquainted with the area of Sadar. To carry out the robbery, the accused had taken a house on rent in the house of retired jailer SK Dave in Sadar a few days ago, from where both of them rake in the ATM, then on February 11, at the ATM of Maharashtra Bank in Tilhari. The guards of the vehicle, who came to put the cash, looted the bag full of money while firing on Raj Bahadur and the manager and fled. While stopping the accused in the robbery, the ATM guard was shot, due to which he died. Several teams of police were engaged to find out the accused involved in the robbery and murder, the accused have spent only 2 thousand rupees out of the loot money.
