Mumbai There is news of a fatal attack on a youth in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra for supporting Kanhaiyalal and Nupur Sharma who were killed in Udaipur. The name of the youth is Prateek alias Sunny Rajendra Pawar. According to the police, Prateek was attacked on the evening of August 4. According to the police, 10-15 people from another community stopped Prateek and his friend Amit at Akkabai Chowk in Karjat and then injured them with swords and sticks. 4 accused have been arrested in this case. Prateek and his friend told the police that at the time of the attack the accused were saying that the way you are supporting Nupur, you should also be in the same condition as Umesh Kolhe.
Prateek is seriously injured. After investigating Amit’s complaint, police registered a case against Shahrukh Khan Pathan, Sohail Pathan, Nihal Khan Pathan, Ilail Sheikh, Tipu Pathan, Arbaaz Kasam Pathan, Arshad Pathan, Aqib Syed and others. The police have also come to know that many cases are already registered against Prateek. Let us inform that Kanhaiyalal, who works as a tailor in Udaipur, Rajasthan and Umesh Kolhe, a chemist shop in Amravati, Maharashtra, have been murdered for supporting Nupur Sharma, a former BJP spokesperson who made controversial remarks about the Prophet. Both the incidents are being investigated by the NIA and the accused have been arrested.
In the Amravati incident, the NIA had taken all the accused on a four-day transit remand. All of them will be produced in the special court of NIA tomorrow. Amravati Police Commissioner Aarti Singh had told that the police had found a connection between Nupur Sharma’s support and the murder of Umesh Kolhe. Considering the sensitivity of the matter, the police had not disclosed anything about it earlier. Let us inform that MP Navneet Rana had accused the Amravati Police Commissioner of stalling the Kolhe murder case. This allegation was opposed by the commissioner.
