Meerut. The terror of the dangerous pitbull dog has come to the fore once again in UP. In the past, a Pitbull had killed a woman in the capital Lucknow. Now a dog of the same species attacked and seriously injured a teenager in Mawana area of Meerut. When the owner tried to stop the pitbull, he attacked him as well. Kishore Salim, who was injured in the attack, has been admitted to a private hospital. According to the family members of Kishore, he works in a shop. A person has kept a pitbull dog near the shop.
In the complaint given to the police, it has been said that when Salim was going to the shop, a pitbull, who was roaming with the owner outside, suddenly attacked him. The dog scratched Salim’s face and hands in many places. Salim bled. When the owner of the pitbull started stopping, the dog turned towards him and injured him too. Somehow the two could hardly be freed from the jaws of the dreaded pitbull. It is being told that a person present there was making a video of the dog attack, but the owner of the dog snatched the mobile from him.
Hearing the screams and commotion, people of the area gathered at the spot. Salim was immediately taken to the hospital. After controlling the dog, its owner took it home. After getting information from the media, the police also started investigation. According to the police of Mawana police station, the incident is serious and further action will be taken after investigation. This is the second time during the last one month, when the terror of a pitbull dog has come to the fore. Earlier in Lucknow, a woman was also killed by a pet pitbull dog. The dog was confiscated by the Lucknow Municipal Corporation for 14 days. Later it was handed over to the owner.
