Ingredients for making garlic chutney
- Kashmiri red chilli – 6
- Hot red chilli – 5
- Garlic – 20-25 cloves (finely chopped)
- Peanut oil or ghee – 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice – half teaspoon
- Salt- as per taste
- Water- 1 cup

Garlic Chutney Recipe
To make the spicy red chilli and garlic chutney that is eaten with Bajra roti, gram flour roti and Rajasthani dal baati, first add Kashmiri red chillies and hot red chillies in a deep steel vessel, add a cup of water and cook on medium flame. Cook it on flame till it comes to a boil. 1. After boiling, turn off the gas and wait for it to cool down. After this, put the chillies in a mixer and make a fine paste. Now put peanut oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add finely crushed garlic and cook for 30 seconds. After this, add red chilli paste and cook while stirring for 5 minutes. Finally, turn off the gas and add salt and lemon juice. Your chutney is ready. After cooling it, fill it in a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator for 1 month.
