A shocking incident has come to light from Andhra Pradesh. A newborn baby girl was sold seven times in two months. The first deal was done by the father. Police have arrested 11 people, including the accused father, for allegedly selling a three-month-old baby. It has been received from the police that the girl’s father had made a deal with some person for 70 thousand rupees. The last time the child was sold for Rs 2.5 lakh. The matter was reported to the police by the girl’s mother and grandmother.
DSP J Rambabu of Mangalagiri police station in Andhra Pradesh told news agency ANI that the girl was sold by her father for Rs 70,000. The matter came to light when the child’s mother and grandmother informed the police. The police also said that the accused who had bought the child was from Mangalagiri, while the girl’s last bar deal was done in Vijayawada. At present, the child has been taken to her mother.

The accused named Manoj had a baby girl three months back. He sold the girl child to Meghavat Gayatri alias Saraswati, a married woman of Kondaprolu village of Damaracharla mandal of Nalgonda district, for Rs 70,000. Later, Meghawat Gayatri, who had bought the baby, sold it for Rs 1,20,000 to Bhukya Balvarthiraju of Dilsukh Nagar, Hyderabad, who in turn sold the baby to Noor Jahan for Rs 1,87,000.
The child was once again sold by Noor Jahan with the help of Anubhav Uday Kiran of Khammam district for Rs 1,90,000. He sold it to Padala Shravani of Vijayawada Benz circle for Rs 2,00,000. This continued, with Padala Sravani selling the child to Garikmukku Vijayalakshmi of Golapudi, Vijayawada for Rs 2,20,000, who eventually sold the child to Warre Ramesh of Eluru in East Godavari district for Rs 2,50,000.
