Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has given Prime Minister Imran Khan a 24-hour ultimatum to step down from the throne. Addressing the participants of the Awami March in Lalamusa, PPP leader Bilawal Bhutto said on Monday that we are ready to remove Imran Khan from office by democratic means, The News International reported. The public does not want Imran Khan to remain on the throne even for a while. I appeal to PM Imran that his well being lies in leaving the throne. The PPP leader said that Imran Khan is so scared about the no-confidence motion that he has started abusing and maligning his political opponents.
Collusion between Imran Khan and IMF: Bilawal
Referring to the alleged nexus between the Imran Khan government and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Bilawal said the country has rejected the government’s economic policies and is opposing PTI and the IMF. According to media reports, blaming the puppet Prime Minister for the economic crisis in the country, Bilawal said that the common man in Pakistan is drowning in the tsunami of inflation. The PPP leader said that the Imran Khan government begged for a loan, which was three times the loan it had ever secured before. He said that people can no longer bear the burden of Imran Khan’s mistakes.
Imran Khan will not be at home but in jail after resigning: Bilawal
Bilawal said that Imran Khan will not sit at home after resigning. He is right because Imran Khan will be behind bars. He will be held accountable in the foreign funding case. Meanwhile, as Pakistan grapples with a severe economic crisis, opposition parties have termed the relief announced by the Imran Khan government as inadequate. They are continuously putting pressure on the Pakistani Prime Minister.
